30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, if applicable.

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused after delivery.

Items that are returned in a condition different from how they were received may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as Habixa is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original packaging or essential parts are missing.

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after the order has been delivered in accordance with this policy.
